This is a nice place to visit. It has parking in site though as it's popular it can get full. The windpump was nice to look at and go in. The stairs inside are very steep so be cautious. We have been here a few times and went on a boat trip once out on the broads, it was nice and the boat driver was friendly and spoke about the broads and wildlife as we went along.

Tower closed on our visit as out of season and to be honest the weather and conditions were very wet so not ideal for the nearby walks. Will return in better weather.

Nice afternoon stroll through the Norfolk Broads. National trust cafe for a coffee and icecream. And a quiet walk in scenery we don't get back home. Worth a visit.

Out in middle of marshes a fully restored windpump. Well worth the drive to it. In brilliant condition with informative enthusiasts to answer questions. Wonderful walks from there through surrounding peaceful countryside. Even a cafe, for a hot drink. Highly recommended.
